        According to the Board of Directors at its meeting No. 01-2011 held on 22nd February 2011 has resolved to convene the 2011 Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on 27th April 2011 at 14.00 hr, Petch-Pailin Room, 11th Floor, Windsor Suites Hotel, 8 Sukhumvit 18-20, Sukhumvit Road, Klongtoey, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. 

        The Company will post the invitation to attend the 2011 Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, 2010 Annual Report and related materials on the Company’s website: http://www.padaeng.com. in order to provide Shareholders with sufficient time to review from 8th April 2011 onwards.
