Padaeng Industry was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on July 21, 1987 and was converted into a public company limited on February 4, 1994. In 1996, the company increased its registered capital to Bt2.26 billion, which was fully paid-up in 2000.

The company’s core products are Special High Grade (SHG) zinc metal and value-added zinc alloys, raw materials used in a variety of industries. To date, Padaeng Industry operates the only zinc smelter in Southeast Asia, with an annual production capacity of 110,000 metric tons of zinc metal and alloys.
