3.	Produce high quality products, at a low cost, which can be competitive in the world market.
4.	Train and develop employee competency to implement and maintain the production standards and improve the quality management system to achieve good quality Products and services continually.
5.	In production, the environmental standards must be maintained to conform to the legal standards.

ISO certifications

2007 :	The Tak smelter received ISO/IEC 17025: 2005 recertification for its testing laboratory in the scope of accreditation for testing zinc ingot, zinc alloy, zinc silicate and zinc oxide from the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI).
2006 :	The Tak smelter achieved ISO 9001 recertification for quality management system, ISO 14001 certification for environmental standards and OHSAS 18001 recertification for management of occupation health and safety standards from SGS (Thailand)
2004 :	The Calcine plant got ISO 14001 recertification for environmental standards from the BVQI.
2003 :	The Calcine plant received recognition for its occupational health and safety management systems by earning the TIS 18001 and OHSAS accreditation from the BVQI.
2003 :	The Tak smelter received ISO/IEC 17025:1999 certification for its laboratory quality testing process from the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI)
2003 :	The Tak smelter received ISO 9001 : 2000 certification for quality management system from the BVQI
2002 :	The smelter received TIS 18001 certification for management of occupation health and safety standards from Management System Certification Institute (Thailand)
2002 :	The Calcine plant received ISO 9001 : 2000 certification for quality management system from the BVQI
2000 :	The Calcine plant awarded ISO 14001 certification for environmental standards from the BVQI
1999 :	The Tak smelter received ISO 9002 certification for quality management system from Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI)
