The 2007 Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting

Padaeng Industry Public Company Limited held the 2007 Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on April 23,2007 at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. Mr. Arsa Sarasin, Chairman of the Board of Directors, presided over the meeting, which was also attended by other Directors and Mr.Bernard Tonnon, Managing Director, presented the company’s performance to the shareholders.
