This is to notify to the SET that Padaeng Poongsan Metals Company Limited, a subsidiary in which Padaeng Industry Public Company Limited has 61.98% shareholding, located in Laemchabang Industry Estate, Amphur Sriracha, Chonburi, has signed an agreement to sell with PSMT Company Limited. And on 12 December 2000 PPM has received the cost of the Properties to Sell from PSMT in the amount of Bt227.85m. The main issues of the Agreement are as follows :

1. Properties to sell

1.1 Office building, factory building and all structures including fixtures and accessories located in Laemchabang Industry Estate, Amphur Sriracha, Chonburi on the land plots.

1.2 Machineries, tools and accessories thereof including utensils, facilities which are movable properties on the land plots.

1.3 Transfer the lease right of land plots under the Lease Agreement between Industry Estate Authority of Thailand and Padaeng Poongsan Metals Company Limited according to the agreement validation until 5 July 2020 to PSMT Company Limited.
