The board of directors of Padaeng Industry Public Company Limited at its meeting, No. 02-2002 on 23 April 2002 has adopted the resolutions to acknowledge the resignation of Mr. Areepong Bhoocha-oom, representative of Ministry of Finance, from PDI's directorship effective 19 April 2002.
