Clarification of resolutions of the board of directors’ meeting, No. 01-2004
The board of directors of Padaeng Industry Public Company Limited at its meeting, No. 01-2004 would like to clarify the board resolution as follows:
In order to comply with the instruction of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) the company has proposed in agenda IX of the 2004 ordinary shareholders’ meeting that additional modifications be made to the Company Articles of Association with regard to Related Parties Transactions for approval.
